Dear friend of WAMI,
The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting colder, and if you are like me, the wallet is getting thinner. Add some early cheer to your season at the WAMI Holiday Party! The event takes place Wednesday, Dec 16 at the Milwaukee Ale House, 233 N Water St., at 6:30. As always there will be free food and beer (while it lasts) and a visit from the jolly old man himself, WAMI Santa!
There will be exciting raffle prizes, including a spa certificate and a cruise aboard a private yacht. Bring your recent CD for play during the party! We are offering reduced membership rates until the end of the year and our 30th Anniversary Award Show Ballot will be available.

About WAMI - Mission Statement
The Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to educate and recognize the achievements and accomplishments of individuals in the Wisconsin music industry. Since 1980, WAMI has worked to:
1. Improve communication and interaction among members
2. Present awards to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of the Wisconsin music industry
3. Produce music industry/music business seminars and workshops
4. Accumulate information for use within a comprehensive Wisconsin music industry directory
5. Partner with other Wisconsin-based organizations with a shared mission
6. Encourage, promote and educate musicians
