WIFEE And The HUZzBAND: Born in Door County in 2012, this 10 piece powerhouse band is fronted by heartfelt yet explosive vocalists Ruby James and Stephen Cooper, who are backed by an assemblage of rock, jazz, and punk musicians. Their music is described as “new vintage”, combining cutting edge trends with the fun rock of the 50’s and 60’s, paired with a big band sound that sizzles. Be prepared to get out of your seat and dance!

RED LIGHT SAINTS: One of the Midwest’s most exciting modern rock groups, Red Light Saints formed in 2010. The 5 member band from Green Bay has a reputation for their outstanding musicianship, powerful stage presence, and contagious energy. The recipient of several WAMI nominations, and a 2013 win, Red Light Saints has become one of the Midwest’s most exciting modern rock groups.

WHISKEY Of The DAMNED: From Milwaukee, Whiskey of the Damned is a five piece, Celtic-influenced rock group put together by Ireland native Eoin McCarthy. Whiskey of the Damned is dedicated to playing high energy, raucous concerts filled with an unmistakable mixture of American and Irish rock. Described as a mix of The Pogues, Dropkick Murphy’s, and Flogging Molly, the quintet has a reputation as “the perfect band to party to.”

THE FAMILY BUSINESS: Originally formed in 2005 while most of the band was still in high school, the Family Business has played hundreds of shows over the past 11 years. Hailing from the Madison area, the band has been performing across the country while continuing to write and record music that has been labeled as cross-genre: ranging from blues, folk, and soul to rock n’ roll.

KYLE MEGNA & THE MONSOONS: Their music has been defined as having a “dark-indie-blues-folk-rock feel”, while the seven musicians in the band are referred to as a tight-knit group of charismatic players with diverse backgrounds, who know how to have fun while keeping it professional. Kyle Megna and the Monsoons bring creativity and improvisation to every show.

ALMIGHTY VINYL: “A tribute to the music when vinyl was king” summarizes the mission of the 7 piece band hailing from Waukesha. Almighty Vinyl plays music the way it was meant to be. The band prides itself in playing no frills, classic rock, giving today’s audiences yesterday’s concert experience. Almighty Vinyl strives to recreate the vocals, harmonies, and instrumentation you’d hear when you dropped that needle onto your favorite 33 1/3 record.

TWEED FUNK: Formed in late 2010, Tweed Funk’s national ascent has been driven by their horn-fueled, Memphis flavored blues, roots, and soul. This Milwaukee, Wisconsin 6 piece soul-blues revue is fronted by Joseph “Smokey” Holman, who recorded under Curtis Mayfield in the early 70’s. Tweed Funk boasts 5 WAMI Wins in the last 4 years for the band and it’s members. Tweed Funk is a favorite at festivals and venues in 17 states.

DAVE STEFFEN BAND: Determined to find the hottest young players he could find, Dave formed his trio hooking up with Craig Neuser on bass and vocals and with drummer, Spencer Panosh. Several of the band’s songs have been used on the popular daytime soap, The Young and the Restless.  Dave Steffen is a 2016 WAMI Hall of Fame inductee.
